Tumble Bug 1 (4-5 Year Olds) 4 Hours per Week Four year olds will focus on developing strength, flexibility and body alignment. Tumble Bug 2 (5-6 Year Olds) 6 Hours per Week Five and six year olds will focus on developing the basic tumbling skills like front handspring, cartwheel and round off. They will learn these skills with the use of the trampoline, fast track and rod floor. They will continue to develop their strength and flexibility through games, races and other contests. Tumble Bug 3 (7-8 Year Olds) 9 Hours per Week Seven and eight year olds will focus on further development of the round off and begin developing back handsprings and back tucks. More focus on strength training will begin at this time to ensure that tumblers are strong enough for new skills they will be performing.
