What to wear

Cheerleaders train in cheer shorts (or sweat pants) and a cheer t-shirt.  They wear cheer shoes (simple “tennis” or athletic shoes).  For safety reasons, we discourage jewelry, hooded sweatshirts, jeans or street pants, belts, zippers and baggy clothing.  Long hair should be pulled back, however be careful about hard barrettes or hair decorations.
